Lauren - continued...

The fashion photos were great, but we still wanted to get some more goth-like photos. We needed a darker setting, but we weren't sure where to go. The first place I thought of was a run down building near the post office on Main St. I had seen it a few times in passing before, but I never thought to shoot there until the last time I shot with Ernie. I showed up just as he wrapped up shooting an outfit with Alli. She changed outfits and we changed location before I could explore it. The one regret he had, he said, was that he couldn't go inside for lack of trust for the critters and so forth that may be inside the growth.

I took Lauren for a look and found the cold had driven out any pests that may have been there before; spiders, bugs, bums... There was a lot of trash inside from people who had either wasted a little time or spent a few nights there. It's not my type of thing, so it won't be in my portfolios, but here's one of the images we set up the shoot to get. For good measure though, I had to insert one that's more my style as well.
